THE ROLE
As an ITOM Architect, you will be the bridge between strategy and execution. You will design, implement, and optimise ServiceNow ITOM solutions, while guiding clients on best practices for CMDB and CSDM. Beyond technical expertise, you will mentor junior consultants, lead workshops, and help clients translate challenges into structured, scalable solutions. This role is for someone who wants to build, lead, and shape ITOM solutions that matter.
